Hi Folks, I'm last day at at current org is nearing. I'm a full stack developer with 5.6 years of experience and I have received offers from Airbus and JPMorgan Chase.
And both are offering similar CTC Airbus with 22 fixed plus 3 variable (retention bonus of 5L) JPMorgan Chase with 25 fixed. My family is extended recently considering work-life balance as one of important factor. Which would be a better company to join?
Bajaj finance is extending an offer to me for Pune location of 16 LPA fixed. My current fixed is 11 LPA. Is this offer good enough ?

I think it matters which job which make you happier tbh
That’s a lot of miles per day, and how long g it takes could be a lot more than you are expecting. Traffic can stink
60 miles is too much. 30 RT tops
Waaaay too far with DFW traffic
If you’re from the east coast that drive will be annoying most likely lol
You won’t get home til late, have to go to bed early
What are the perks of said new job?
Where are you coming from? DNT traffic is a lot more tolerable than 75. Is moving an option eventually? I recently started commuting (not as far as 30 miles though) after working from home/flying to client mostly. I don’t mind it.
I live 50 miles from my work right now and sometimes it takes me an hour and 40 minutes to get home.
