Gave all the technical answers correctly.
Then he asked 2 puzzles. Solved one completely but could solve only half of 2nd puzzle.
Result - Rejected.
Are they hiring me for solving puzzles or for development?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology.
