Unwise to offer no appraisal contingency? Going to offer above asking price on a house with multiple bids. Realtor suggested potentially foregoing appraisal contingency to show we’re committed to closing. We have a lot of cash but wouldn’t it be a red flag if the house doesn’t appraise for the full value? I have few queries can anyone please help me regarding this.
In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.
Will that be sufficient to save tax or Do I need to have a sip of 12000 per month to save tax.
