Had my hiring manager with Visa two weeks ago. My hiring manager essentially said I'd be moving to the next round. 2.5 weeks later still no interview scheduled. Why does visa take so long?

Are people still live on here? I was diagnosed last year with ADD and I’ve tried two stimulants so far. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter.
