Planning a trip to Austin, young couple looking to move here from DC what neighborhoods should I see and or any thoughts on other cities to visit for the same reason.

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. Hey guys partner kinda said something during a meeting and I low key lost it during the meeting, we kinda cooled it out. But what are somethings I can tell leadership to do better for black or people of different cultures, I actually think partners should go to some of these meetings we have.
