My YoE is 2 y 1 mo. Worked on Firmware Development and Linux Driver Development. Have good knowledge on OS internals. I've attended an 2 Technical rounds at Qualcomm and then HR called me to say that I'm selected. I have to send her my Current and Expected CTC and answers to few other HR round questions now on mail.
My current CTC is 3.6 LPA. How much can I expect?

Crying for my RSUs….started at my company about 6 months ago and got some RSUs split over 3 years. HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

They seem to want to utilize my complete skills set and make up for her lack of marketing knowledge but maintain her position as director and pay me a entry level marketing manager salary. Advice?
