Yes—I did the Agentforce activator program at Dreamforce.
1) Agentforce is already pretty good, but what the new AI model (Atlas) that’s coming in Feb of next year to back it is pretty mind blowing. That said, there are the same issues as always around Salesforce AI and data availability in Salesforce enviro.
2) Volume discounts apply.
Tried it at DF. Topics and actions are surprisingly good. I tried copilot at a conference last year and it was not good and frequently gave me back an “I can’t do this” response. Assuming there are no ridiculous gotchas and pricing is discountable I could see this taking off. It’s certainly better than the alternatives.
As with any Salesforce purchase there’s volume discounts. With usage based pricing there’s a risk of buying Too much. There’s an incentive expiring today where Salesforce will pay up to $100k of a SI if a client buys $100k worth of conversations
Salesforce is putting a massive push behind Data Cloud + AI + Agentforce. You should learn as much as you can about it, including what it's good enough for now versus what it might be good enough for later.
Sure some of the buzz is just hype, but this is a train you want to get on early versus be left behind from.
General rule of thumb is anything they show at dreamforce isn't fully baked for 3-5 years.
I think it looks pretty amazing but data is going to be the crutch for a lot of companies to get powerful results
