Has anyone dealt with their entire team being restructured and survived?

My firm is consolidating teams and my team will apparently be split up. Thing is, this transition is supposed to occur in another month and no one has heard anything about their new role, responsibilities, team, etc.

How concerned should I be? Right now, I’m overwhelmed. I feel like we’re being strung along. I like my firm and would prefer to stay, but I have no feedback from management regarding the future.

Constantly worried I’m going to get fired because I don’t know where I stand at my mid sized law firm (second year associate).

We are starting to prep a big case for a 3 week federal trial. I’ve been an attorney for a year now and my firm has had this case for a while. What are some tips you have for prepping and also that will make my boss choose to take me to the trial? I have been the main associate on the file but other attorneys have done stuff here and there.

I'm looking to know what remote jobs are out there for nurses/ names of companies? I used to work in the OR and I'm also considering going back and just working 4-10s.

I'm an outpatient nurse currently but I don't get lunch breaks, and the work load keeps increasing with no mention of another nurse to help us.

How do people feel about 7-ARM? I am getting 3.75% for 7-ARM vs 4.125% for 30-fixed. I typically prefer 30-fixed, but the monthly p&i will be lower by $300 and closing cost will be $4k lower. Unsure about ARM products, as we all don’t know where the rate will be in a few years…

Question for my friend at KPMG. Her MDs and Partners have been directing her to eat her hours. If she charges over 45 hours she will get emails from management and when she charges over 65 she got a call from a PPMD. I work at deloitte and have never been told to do this and thought it honestly was illegal. Thoughts?
