Has anyone gone though a YSC assessment? I believe they have business psychology and biographical assessment etc? I have no idea how to prep and any advice would be awesome

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Think about the core values that the business has and how you can meet those.

I suggest checking this out https://groups.psychology.org.au/Assets/Files/Davids-A-Background-2.pdf and thinking through the different elements they'll be addressing.

You got it. Do a little assessing of yourself first is what I always think!

Their whole model is JDI, Judgement Drive Influence. The specifics vary because that's part of YSC's value proposition but they definitely include psychology components and center around this theme.

Advice pls. We got our greencard and now my spouse can work. My spouse has been unemployed for more than 2 years. And we noted that it is difficult to get more job interviews and get an offer. My spouse is into programming and has Masters Any suggestion how my spouse can increase chances of getting hired (e.g. get training certifications, apply as trainee, or probably you can refer me to companies who are considerate for immigrants). I noticed he started to feel a little bit depressed about it.

What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. Not sure if that’s a typical caseload or not?

They say there’s no Case Interview but I see a “Situational” Interview segment. Anyone have any insight or advice on that?
