I hired one that also updated my LinkedIn and not one person has reached out, so I'd say it depends.
Curious about this as well. My biggest hesitation in hiring one is the fear that they're just copy and pasting from Chat GPT. Which can be helpful, but if I'm shelling out $200+, I want more effort put in than that.
