Looking through my offer letter there is mention of an “addendum” that “outlines any applicable repayment terms” for the sign-on. This addendum is not in my offer letter, was not included as an attachment to my offer letter, and HR did not respond when I asked them if they can provide the addendum.

I have a lot of team/group experience but I think it would be an exaggeration to just say for example “formulated Omni-channel marketing plan targeting gen x consumer in consideration of a buy now pay later plan”. I had a role on a team and contributed, but I have heard recruiters are off put by stating you were part of a team effort since they don’t know your contribution to it.

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.
