Has anyone used a critical illness cover at Accenture in the UK and who was the provider? My HR tells me there was no cover before 1st Sep25 and my diagnosis from the summer would not be covered. It’s hard to believe that we would not have this cover before as it’s typically a standard benefit which is not used too often, luckily for some.

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??

I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Sounds at least toxic.

My current ctc is 13.8 lpa.Before scheduling L1 interview, HR told me for this role the maximum pay is between 13lpa and 5lpa.. I said ok.. and i have celared the interview as well. I had assumed it was all taken care of out of the pay packet as it’s a net pay scheme but I have a financial advisor telling me otherwise.
