Has the world changed since Covid or is it the company I'm with (which is not my title). About to go-live with a greenfield project, problems with overemployed contractors, communication that is horrible, and everyone thinks that this is a 40 hour a week job - just as we are contemplating whether or not we can go live. I’ve been at my company for 8 months. I just found out another designer who has been here for several years gets an annual bonus at the end of the fiscal year. I have never been told about a bonus and haven’t gotten one yet for the previous fiscal year that ended In July. Should I have been told I get a bonus when I signed on or are they typically a surprise?
