Have you done change management? Should be simple, always ask question s before accepting an assignment. You need clarity, not asking questions would indicate a lack of knowledge and understanding .

Setting a scenario they can visualize that folds the client report concepts into it helps ‘bring the audience, in this case, interviewer, along and gets them engaged. Now, you have to be smart with your scenario so they can relate - a bit of additional homework on the client would help
1.Breathe.
2.Agree with the above, ask questions to get clarity -- do they have a scenario they want you to use? Are they interested in certain topics or dynamics being included in the report? And so on.
3.You don't need aceess to your old firm. You just need to summarize a project, specify which change management challenges you encountered, and how you addressed them. It's the same as your other interviews, just with an example of how you'd document it. It's an example, and it's not necessary to include everything possible. Every scenario is different. Questions and clarifications are OK.
4.You know what to do.
