Have a pending interview offer from McK, but 1 year away from being a Manager in PwC Advisory. Need objective views: Should I go for the McK interview, although I may risk getting a BA/ entry lv role?

Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking
