I’ve not been looking for a job but had spoken to some recruiters through LinkedIn who had reached out when I was considering anything to get me off night shift at the time. Ultimately I didn’t progress any further than a phone call or saying I’d reach out later if I changed my mind. I do live in a large city so that makes LinkedIn relevant I imagine. So probably depends on the area you are in, your specialty, and what you are looking for. I’d say make your profile updated, attractive, and relevant for what you’re looking for and make sure your profile says open to work and reach out to some recruiters with curiosity about the organization they work for and go from there. I imagine a lot of nurses managers might not be too active on LinkedIn. At least not where I work in the inpatient setting where they have a whole recruitment team.
Of course! Wishing you the best!
