One of my friends, he made a switch just 6 months back hoping he would get a better work environment a better package, but now he is just frustrated with the working environment, being a backend developer he has been asked to just fix bugs for almost 5 months now and that too in javascript without any KTs or any other trainings when he clearly did mention in the interview that he does not have prior knowledge on javascript.

What should he do? Any suggestions?

I am a software sales representative in the manufacturing space. My starting salary was $85,000 in 2015 I did not receive a raise until I asked for one three years later in 2018. The raise was 5%. No wonder PwC loses clients. We test 300 revenue samples on a subsidiary. KPMG audits the parent and literally does a revenue analytic. Not agreeing with KPMG but certainly hard to compete with that.

But the situation here is they asked for 2 year bond and I haven't submitted that, then I have signed a undertaken to sign that 2 yrs bond. Still I haven't submitted that bond.
So how should I go forward from here as I didn't liked the type of work they are doing.
