I have the most terrible coping mechanisms in that I binge eat/mindlessly scroll through social media. It’s hard to break this cycle but I’m hoping to replace these with healthier/less harmful coping mechanisms. What works for you when you’re stressed?

Feeling really torn between fed loans and private loans for my MBA. Rates are better (and no origination fee) with private and very likely won’t take advantage of the protections offered with fed loans— but after seeing how uncertain the world can be with COVID/financial crisis, it does make me take pause.
