Having issues with blank rows being added below last row, making 75+ blank pages in a pdf after looping through sheets and moving data using vba. No formula/test I have tried believes there is any data in any of the “blank” rows/cells, so I have no idea why they are being included in usedrange. I rely on this to adapt print view and automate pdf creation, and while I can automate removing the blank rows, I would like to solve the source of the issue. Please let me know what you think!

When I joined my current company, we were on a quarterly bonus structure with guaranteed payouts each quarter. This was, in fact, how the recruiter said he could meet my salary request.

The company just announced we are moving to annual payouts only, with no payments for 2023 until May 2024. There are no raises happening.

This amounts to 12% less money in my pocket in 2023 plus inflation.

Is this standard, or should I be looking for opportunities elsewhere?

Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though).
