I forgot to fill my timesheet for 12th feb to 21st feb and now Auto LWPs are marked on my timesheet I didn't check mails that much so this happened, I talked to my RM and he said to send an auto reversal for the 12th to 21st of days. But auto reversal was done on 24th.

Q1. will my pay be deducted of those days on which I didn't marked

Q2. will my leaves get used to fill up the auto LWP

Q3. will I be payed this or the next month and is there any penalty

Q4. Does this happens often??
