Why you people don't ask these questions in your team meetings and in town halls? There the so-called leaders talk shit about benefits of working in office, with collaboration, networking, synergies, and other bullshit. And they even say people are excited about working from office.
But nobody opposes it, instead everyone is asskissing and bootlicking. Some years ago, one guitar chappri even appeared on BGSW social media saying working from office helped him to "follow his passion". Why didn't you guys take him to the basement and ask some "tough questions"?
But no sir, people want someone else to fight and get things done while they will enjoy the show.

Why Friday, Saturday, Sunday? You can take rest the entire week. Monday to Thursday in office, and Friday to Saturday at home. 😂 😂 Because the message from management is clear, they prefer employees who do timepass in office instead of those who do the work. Otherwise they would have tied ASR to results delivered, not days spent in office.
And anyway, BGSW work is fairly mediocre, mostly leftovers thrown by Germany that the people there don't want to do. So you can finish the day's work in 2 hours, or an entire week's work in one day. But don't tell people that you've already completed the work, otherwise they will just give you more work.
Then you can spend rest of the time for interview preparation and applying for jobs. You will even receive payment from BGSW for it. 🤣 🤣
But they can deny your hike by attendance
My manager told me that last year when they made it 3 days in office and it was not very strict , people took advantage and around 3k people did not come back to Bangalore at all. So this year even if one week compliance is missing then no hike
And by chance if you miss any week, from there onwards don't do any thing. Just do time pass for all 4 days. Because anyway you are not going to get any hike, and all your performance, awards, good rating, all gone. You can also start looking for job outside from that day onwards.
