I have cleared 2nd round of interview in Volkswagen group technology solutions India, and waiting for 2nd round, hr round is pending still
Howz Volkswagen as company and WLB?
After how many days hr round will be scheduled post the 2nd round?
How much hike they usually give? 30% on current CTC?
Does hr roll back the offer in any chance ? Have anyone faced such scenarios?

2. Evc Ventures - 11 fixed +3.5lpa vp
3. Unified Cloud -11.5fixed

No 2 and 3 is not MNC.
My LWD is Aug end.
May I know if I can negotiate with jio for counter offer ?

Thoughts on Citi's Leveraged Portfolio Group at the Analyst level? I'm curious if anyone has additional details on the group for an Analyst spot. Any tips or advice on what/how to present? How to prepare? Is it kind of like a quarterly business review sort of thing?

I am planning on asking for a raise in my base salary and I am unsure what the market price would be for my skills at a staffing agency. I am in the top producer at my company with over 50 producers. I generate an average of $120k in GM per quarter. I am approaching my first year end review and I am currently at a base salary of $70,000 and I have 3 years of prior experience in the industry. What should I be asking for in this situation?

If your employer mandated you need to come in 5 days a week would you consider quitting? My situation is I live in my geographical territory and the office is 45 minutes away. No performance issues at quota consistently.

Obviously many of us get paid very well and there is an expectation with work demands for being paid that high. But what’s too much? How do you set a limit to preserve your mental health? I find myself guilty for taking time to decompress but I know I come back to work refocused after I do it.

Is it normal to not get a perfect review? Just curious . Does everyone pretty much get some sort of constructive feedback?

I heard from my head that there is a lot of slowdown in VW Germany... There is Hiring freeze, level freeze and all ... And soon that will spillover to india. So be prepared for very less hikes in coming cycle :( Also automotive sector in general is struggling with tesla laying off 10% workforce recently. Maybe time to make a move? What do you say fishes?
