Hi guys , As of now i have offer from four companies @mindtree 20lpa @scb 21.5 lpa + 2.5 lpa @accenture 18.5 lpa @wipro 21 lpa + 2 lpa Which one will be best for better career and work life balance. Basically if your salary expectation is under their slab, then things will not take time, otherwise they will hold it under approval part.
Mine took only 5 days time including technical+cultural+document upload+HR+offer release
Mindtree has not given offer letter to me even 2 weeks after selection.
The expectations which I had, first they agreed but now after every 2 days they are reducing the package by 10%.
Don't know what these jokers are doing.
Luckily today I got offer from EY

Reducing package by 10% means? Post starting with interview process didn't you they agreed to certain amount of hike? What's your notice period?
Probably position for which they were trying to hire might have been occupied.
They haven't released my offer letter it's on hold as they don't have any project in hand. I think it will never get released. Anyway iam joining other organization.
So guys don't believe in verbal communication that offer letter will be released, especially Mindtree

Interview and google form filling done on 30th July. Till now, no offer letter. So better don't wait fr Mindtree and try for other opportunities.
He is saying the same sh*t. That CTC is sent for approval.

It's been a month and I have already given up. Mindtree needs a better talent acquisition team😂
Even most of the HRs at Mindtree changed their status on LinkedIn to 'Open for a Job' 😅😅

Two days back HR informed me that he is not getting reply from project manager.
So he can't do anything.
So guys don't rely on any offer and give interviews until you get a offer letter in hand.
Sad, but thanks for the information.

No HR call no update - still waiting.
HR told to wait for 3 weeks so will wait this current week.
Today's date = 30th august.
13th August - technical interview..he discussion, selection mail received..
Still waiting for offer letter. Today is 1st Sept..

Document upload mail: 2nd sept
While I was giving second round, I got a mail to upload some documents (like old salary slips and pan card)
No one contacted after that. Even recruiter is also not reverting on mail.
So let's wait for couple of months. 😅

Still not received offer letter and I don't think they are processing.
It's been more than 30 days post interview still no offer letter and there is no follow up there .
Mindtree hiring process is the worst process I have seen till date.
Even if they offer more I am not interested in this offer.
Don't rely on Mindtree offer.

Google form: 19th July
Followed up with 3- 4 times with Mind tree Hr, he said waiting for approval.
Today Aug 31st, still waiting for offer letter.
Now hr is not replying too, so have to move on
same here.no uodate from HR.what is your expected salary told to hr?
