I am oracle dba with 6+ yrs of relevant experience & have L2 level knowledge/experience of Postgres, MySQL ,Azure (900,104 certified ) and previously worked on Cassandra database currently having 15 LPA how much should I expect from new organization . I usually ask them 30% ?
