I have an initial phone interview with Pratt & Whitney for a Senior Engineer (P3) position in FL. What is typically the pay range for a P3 Engineering position? Also, what is the hiring process like?

One more scenario when dealing with counter offer with holding offer for X.

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone. My joining date in Cognizant is 14 sep as Senior project associate. Recently they have revised my offer with increased salary. Can any one give some idea on this, why it’s all happening?

My base location is chennai and I got a project from Hyderabad location and that too I have to work from client office so I will have to travel to hyderabad and work at client office. Will I be eligible for deputation allowance and accomodation??

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. I got invited to a second round interview with a big company. The title sounds more senior than my current title, but the work responsibilities feel like a step down. I am wondering if I should still interview (to see if they will consider me for my desired role instead or at least, get some interview practice for when a better opportunity comes along). Thoughts? Is it ok to reject the offer if they make one, on the grounds of the role not being a good fit for me.
