Tech: Salesforce developer.

Schneider electric offering - 23
LPA (20 Fixed+ 3 LPA Bonus every
year)

Okta offering - 26 LPA (19 fixed+
10% Bonus every year+rest RSU
Stocks).

So which one to choose
considering the long term career
growth, learning Opportunities
and benefits.

How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. I followed up 3 times already and got the answer that I should expect to hear by the end of the week. My last follow up email, no response lol. Should I just move on now?

I have 9 years of experience as a QA out of which last 2-3 is an individual contributor (sole qa owner) plus team lead of a qa team.. I want to pursue masters in the UK so I can have a role like Project Manager/Test Manager/Scrum Master in the future.. what course should I go for:
1. MSc Management
2. Business Analysis and Consulting
3. MBA (not so easy as I don't want to give GMAT, will select certain colleges that do not need GMAT score)

I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that? Can you shut the person down without starting a spat?

I am 24 year old Salesforce Developer with 1.5 Years of Experience. Coming back to Salesforce, I have worked on Salesforce Implementation of Small to Mid Level Businesses which required me to have an all-around knowledge of Salesforce(Admin + Development) on both Sales and Service Cloud.
