How much does an architect make at Salesforce India, any helpful resources to prepare for interview for same.

As a Senior Java Developer with 7.5 yrs experience what would be the expected CTC at Amazon(SDE2) and Walmart(SDE2)?

Moving to industry and trying to decide start date. Would I still be eligible for the performance bonus if I put in my two weeks notice a week before receiving the bonus?

If I initiate seperation from IBM while in the last few days in an account (End date in two weeks), what is the notice period ? Will it be immediately effective or will I be on bench for 1 month or 3 months with salary ?

Similarly, if I am already on bench and initiate seperation from IBM as I am not getting clients I want to join, will it be immediate effective or 1 month or 3 months with salary ?

If a senior partner referred me, and I still haven't heard back after 4 weeks, what could be the reason as to the delay? Am I not getting an interview?
