I am graduating this December and looking for full time roles starting January 2023. I have 2 years of data science work experience before my Masters and I'm currently working part-time as a data science engineer - building data pipelines, dashboards; optimizing, packaging and deploying ML models.

I'm looking for referrals in data science space. I can share my github profile/resume/github page if you need more information. Any help is highly appreciated.

I’m new to the cybersecurity industry, professionally speaking (I did/do a lot for family and close friends). I’ve completed a boot camp, which I regret doing. I have certifications for companies such as Qualys and ISC2, but no CompTIA security+ yet. I tailor my resume to position descriptions. It’s been a month or so, without any offers. What would you suggest that I do to get my first entry level position?

Just got a job offer but they are only giving me until Monday afternoon to decide. I'm currently in process at several other firms and the recruiter said they can't/won't give extensions. How bad is it for me to accept and then decline if I get another offer? The other companies would be paying 15-30k more and I feel like that's way too much to give up especially right out of school. Had my 1:1 with my People Lead yesterday to prepare for talent discussions. Said I had a great year - but need to work on being consistent. We’ve had org issues - no clear role descriptions or expectations. Yes I do have a hard time staying engaged (and I’m medicated - Vyvance in the am, dextroamphetamine at noon). Thoughts?

Is it okay to decline an offer( from a startup ) 2-3 days before the joining date?. I don't intend to do this but i am stuck in a situation where the other company is taking time.

Salary discussion done on 13 Nov, but no further updates on offer letter release from HCL, will they release or not?, hr is not replying my calls or emails. How long will it take to release an offer letter ?
