Many people ask me if we will be getting into a war with Russia. The way things look I think not, even though we are the most powerful military force in the world, a war between two such large forces would only be the destruction of the world.

Any ideas on planning a quarterly retreat for a startup? Specifically for strategy day and culture. Never planned a quarterly retreat before and is not to sure what it entails. I’ve been told agendas for retreats are very subjective to company but would like some general ideas if anyone has any!

Hi folks, i have recently joined tcs and now i had received a RnD kind of story and i have prepared the demo and also given the code to client as it was split between me and one client side developer. There are bugs in project but none of them are assigned to me. I had attended all the bug review meetings. Will it be a wise move to ask manager to assign me some bugs? Or should i just wait

Hey folks. I'm looking @ dir-level People Operations / PM or Chief of Staff roles. Industry agnostic but interested in one that's social impact focused or innovative.

Curious what that pays in CAD? I make equivalent to $145K CAD as an an Account Director / PM and Client Operations Lead at a mid-sized US-based PR/Digital comms company, with 6 yrs of exp managing multiworkstream teams and multimillion dolllar projs.

Grateful for any leads too. My network is US-based so this all new for me!

Anyone know of any great articles or advice for building a multi-sided platform at the beginning of that platform’s life? I’m building a video platform for education (user-generated chunks, kind of like YouTube or TikTok but specific to education vertical) and I’m thinking about early strategy for content acquisition, would love to hear what other entrepreneurs have done.
