They are okay to give decent hike on the fixed amount.
I have a question there is a bonus component close to 2LPA which is not mentioned (any specific timeline to provide payment in the current organisation)Verbal agreement to payout in 2 yearly basis.
So if the Rolled out CTC gets less due to the above,even if the fixed amount gets high. Will there be a problem in future switches?

Hello everyone. So I am in a dilemma as to what should be my salary expectations. I have 3 years of experience and currently hold an offer of 8.6 lpa.
My skillset :
1. Java with selenium ( entire CI/CD process). So am familiar with Jenkins, Git , selenium grid and everything related to this project.
2. Java with rest assured. Alongwith postman and readyAPI.
3. SQL
4. All about functional testing.
What should I be expecting moving forward ?

I have an Interview with Atlassian for a pre sales solutions engineer role in Canada that requires 5-8 YOE . What's the salary range I should be aiming for ?

I renegotiated my start date and it’s different from the date I signed on the offer letter. Do I need to request a revised offer letter or is the email thread with the recruiter sufficient. By the way, my background check is already in progress.

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior).
