Anyone aware about technology analyst role in Infosys and how much package can we expect for this role?

I am working at PwC Kolkata for more than 2 years now,
I was promised that my salary will increase and as far as I know Partner has conveyed this request to the HR, but I still have not got any updates , so is it possible that , HR can deny the request, or they ar bound to do so ?. Who decides our CTC and increment ?

So I’m doing insurance defense in house and I’m wondering what senior managers pay starts out at . I feel like my position maxes around 160K currently at 120K . Also how much are bonuses usually I’m in my first few months 😅

Currently an associate at a V30 and negotiating a partnership position at another V30. What is the correct way to maximize the pay in the negotiation as a lateral partner? I’m afraid of settling at a lower price than what they can do at the top end of the range! Do I anchor by asking for an outrageous figure or let them offer a salary figure first?

Hello, Am confused with a few optns in my career growth. I have 2 offers in hand 1 from a tier 3 or tier 4 comp nt a start up. They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.
Few of my frnds are suggested if i choose a small company my opportunities in future will narrow down when compared to a reputed. Pls can someone help here?

Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over. Just venting. My husband is so much into watching his tv show that he is not at all interested in planning the baby shower or even in making the registry. It just feels that I am doing everything right now and his priorities are just around watching his TV show. I get that he needs his me time but our baby shower is few weeks away and we have not sent out the invite yet, do not have the registry finalized (I cannot do it as he wants to be involved or will make changes over my selection). Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!
