Hello Buddies, I gave my first round at barclays on 19th June with AVP. 2nd round happened with VP on 27th July. Since then my status is interviews underway. It has not changed. Does it mean that i am not being considered ? or there is still chance to get a call for 3rd round. Today is 15th september 1.5 months. Its for Business transformation BA4 chennai.

What are some indications of really proper manners you can think of/train yourself to do? I’m thinking things like holding open doors, letting the other person go first, refilling water if you see an empty glass. Trying to more consciously acquire these habits, but struggling to notice opportunities in the moment 😕 Would appreciate any tips!

My family mistreated me when I was younger, and now that I don’t live at home, they don’t call or bother to look for me, because frankly, I think they have a hard time admitting what happened - and will never apologize to me either. If I don’t call, or occasionally go see them during the holidays, we would never talk. Some of them are growing old (health-wise), and I’m scared this entire situation is just irreparable. Currently 1 YOE tech consulting at Deloitte looking to make a hop to more strategy type roles and came across the strategy analyst development program- 1. is this only for fresh undergrads from specific schools or would I be able to apply? 2.
