Hello,
Can we expect full variable (bonus) after completing our first appraisal (2025 end appraisal) or is there a chance that we might get less than 100% variable as mentioned in the offer letter?

If you are employed for the whole year/cycle, you will get the full bonus %. The full bonus % depends on org performance and your performance. On average, its 80-110% of the bonus amount before taxes

like

Fyi, it also depends on business segment and it's performance from what i know

Okay, tell me which one is the real source of truth?
The thing written and signed on your offer letter or some random comment on fishbowl?

The offer letter states “Eligible to participate in AIP with a bonus target amount xxxx”.

I just want to confirm if we usually receive the full bonus or we might get less.

It depends on your performance and company performance.
Sometimes you might get over and above mentioned amount and sometimes less than mentioned.
Consider 86% to 110% in general.

HELP! When using other offers to negotiate salary, does the employer usually ask for proof of your other offers that you mentioned? I’m super new to this so I’m just curious.

Also, if they do ask to show proof, is that a red flag? Or is that pretty common? If so, I imagine I’d just block out the company name and stuff like that?
