Hello, does anyone have information to share on governance standards/frameworks related to ESG reporting and compliance for Equity Funds? I'm going into an interview next week with a fund manager institution for an ESG compliance position, and I wanted to equip myself with that information.

If it helps, my background is in biology and engineering so the world of ESG reporting and financial services is new to me, therefore any general information in this regard is also helpful.

Hey fishes, recently got an offer of 245k plus a bonus, but no specificity and at least 3% cost of living annual raise. My current job I make 150k plus a 20% bonus and an annual cost of living raise anywhere from 2-3.5%. Have been in my current position about a year. Things have been a bit bumpy (not a me issue) I have a new supervisor and was recently given 7 direct reports (I had zero before). The new position while comes with a significant raise is a move to California. Any thoughts?
