One of my direct reports has asked about going part time. They currently manage special reports in a bi-weekly publication, working closely with sales, freelance writers, and an internal designer. Job duties are primarily project management and editing/proofreading. As the first read on articles, they need to have an understanding of the material (business/regulation). Desi parents: what time do your kids go to sleep at night? We have a 23 mo and his bedtime schedule starts at 6:30 PM and he sleeps by 7 PM. This was suggested by our sleep consultant and has worked well for us, but recently we are getting a lot of hate for not bringing our toddler to evening dinners etc. We are being told that most kids sleep around 9 PM or being asked to put the toddler in one of the rooms. Every kid in my husbands family apparently doesn't sleep before 9 PM or later.
