Hello Everyone, Actually I am a job seeker. I need a job in the Finance & Accounts department. I have 6 years of experience in the Accounting Field. under 6 years I have Worked as an accountant for different companies like trading, Manufacturing and Service Provider. These are the following key skills.
1. Invoice processing
2. Preparation of Gst Return and TDS return.
3. GSTR-2B reconciliation for Annual Return.
4. Bank Reconciliation Statement.
5. Debtor and Creditor Reconciliation

I feel left out in my firm. How do I make 'friends' with my colleagues? I've been here for a year. I am naturally not a very out going person, was never 'cool' and I struggle to speak in group situations / make engaging conversation with higher ups. It is an important trait to have in this job and I just don't know how to do this. It makes me very upset - I even sought therapy but wasn't useful. I can't spend 14 hours each day feeling like this:(
