After I graduated from my undergraduate degree in computer science I worked at BoFA for 2 months as full stack developer and I got fired after that and now I am studying masters degree in machine learning and I will graduate next May. However this time i am applying as data scientist now. How long should I mention that I worked at BoFA? Should I mention that I got fired or should I mention that I got laid off and then I join college?

After being mugged and having my things (including my keys) stolen, I was locked out of my townhome after business hours on a weekend. I was told on the phone when dialing my complex’s after hours number (which is managed by a 3rd party company) that my complex’s policy would let me in for a cost of $100 (as it was after hours). After I was let in, property manager informed me the charge was $200. Is there anything I can do here? This is in Minnesota. Help appreciated!!

I got selection mail from tcs on 22 Aug, they asked to upload documents next day. HR discussion is not done yet , how many days they take to do the hr discussion after uploading documents ?

I am a new associate (1 month in mid-tier firm) and I struggle to get work to fill up the whole day. In honest time, i get about 3-5 billable hours a day. Am I going to get in trouble or fired over this?? I am putting my best efforts when I do get work and I ask for work sometimes. At this point I feel like I am being annoying too…
