For someone with 13 YOE — mix of 4+ years in modern data stack (Python, PySpark, AWS, Databricks, streaming/ELT) and prior experience in traditional ETL (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL) — is aiming for 40–45 LPA (fixed + variable) reasonable in today’s market?
Getting mixed feedback from recruiters saying it’s on the higher side. Curious to hear from others.
