Senior revving up to manager promo. Only nervous about one thing at the manager level which is having to answer pointed “Why??” questions from higher up clients on live calls. Any one else work through something like this? I’d appreciate any tips or suggestions as I really suck at dealing with unexpected push back.

A parent of one of my students told admin she thinks it's irresponsible that I won't be grading over Christmas break. I let the students know to get any work they need graded in before the break and I'll get it to it during our workdays in January. Apparently that's not fast enough for her 🙄. Just became an ACD. Im in a limbo. Half of the time im being treated as a Super Senior AD and the other half im being treated as a Almost CD. Then when im scoped over work that my CD and I oversee, some people are asking me how does my role differ from the CD’s, as they tend to look at me as an unnecessary layer for approvals. In a way, i do the job so well that i get asked to do more AD projs and guide more projs — but then: wtf does my CD do? They mostly just 👍🏻what i direct n approve

I have only few more weeks to my LWD. I attended interview for 5 companies all cleared, but only 1 offer in hand, which I am not satisfied with. Others never came back with salary negotiation/confirmation. They just ask the expected CTC and never get back with update. It's a painful wait and demotivating. Do they come back or am I just waiting for nothing? My expectation is not out of the box too. Please suggest?

What is the pay band for assosciate manager SAP FINANCE in Accenture?

I have 7 YOE. I got an offer from Wipro. Getting C1 Band. They are giving decent hike(26 lpa). But I am not getting any reply from other companies(Sopa banking, CoForge etc.) when I apply through naukri or email them resume with details. Is it because of high CTC which is 20 lpa in current company? It seems that many good companies also have hard budget constraints.

Friends I have to make a tough decision and not able to make up my mind . I'm currently earning 15 LPA salary .. but not happy with current job after I switched just 3 months ago .. My manager makes such a big deal to approve even 1 day leave ..and overall culture is very average . Now my old company wants to take me back but can only offer 13 LPA and they also have fully remote option . Is it bad to accept less than CCTC future wise ?
