Hello everyone, hope you are doing well.
I received a call from the
Accenture India HR team informing me that my offer letter for the Analyst role is ready and that I need to accept it. However, I have not yet received the offer letter via email.
I have tried reaching out to the HR team multiple times for an update, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response so far.
Could someone please guide me on the next steps or help me with the right point of contact to get the offer letter?

I’ve been in my current position (Bookkeeper) for 4 years now. I’m highly interested in taking the PHR, and I’m wondering if I would qualify for the 4 year HR professional job requirement to be eligible to test for the certificate. I work for a small business, therefore I do all the on boarding paperwork/payroll. Any advice is appreciated.

Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. Is this what people consider negative work culture?

Hey all! I have an interview with
Deloitte in Regulatory Risk and more precisely in their Investment Management Services team. I would like to know if anyone
knows what the job entails exactly. I keep hearing about people "fooled" into taking a job in risk advisory thinking it'll really be advisory while they only end up doing IT and Audit support (which I do not want to do).
Is it the case here?
Thanks!

Should I decline the offer and ask to be considered for a higher role that better fits my qualifications? The offer I had was with a great bank but I'm overqualified for that. Its been hard to find a job because I dont have prior experiences.

I was offered a high net worth client associate position with fidelity. I have never worked in a call center environment.
Can anyone that has worked in that position tell me what its like and what to expect? Is it more like an administrative position and boring or do you really get to help clients? All feedback is appreciated!
