Hello! I’m from South Carolina and I was wondering if there was any media companies/ productions that are currently hiring PA’s or entry level workers fully remote? I would love to work in LA more than anything, but I can’t afford to move there which means I’ll just have to stick it out in South Carolina for some time. But unfortunately, South Carolina doesn’t have many opportunities in the media/entertainment industry. Any leads, tips, or advice is much appreciated. Thank you!

I recently took up a Customer Success Manger role at a engineering software company. Previously I was a Project Manager at the same company but wanted to move out of my engineering services role. I primarily took this role hoping to get exposure to providing SaaS services as company is transitioning at software cloud. Been with company for 2.5 years in a SFA role, and they just let me hire an associate financial analyst reporting into me. My manager never mentioned anything in regards to a promotion, but when I asked, I was told that there will be an evaluation period before any promotion is given. Has anyone else had this before, where you are managing someone but they don’t give you a promotion? Sounds bizarre to me that they allow me to hire someone but then are hesitant to promote.

Had two rounds of interviews for an in house role and really like the company/job. I followed up Friday regarding next steps and was told they are still interviewing and should be wrapping up soon. Advice on how to stay calm? I want the position and need to know if there’s a way to speed up the process.

Hi Fishes, I've an offer letter for Accenture Strategy (M&A) for Senior Manager, India and my joining is in 3 days. Package is very good, but no immediate relocation opportunities. May happen in future.

Now at the very last moment, I've got an M&A leader role from Wipro. Reporting to a board member. This is a global role and will be based in US. L1 visa to be initiated.

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?
