Am I particularly uptight, or is writing meant to be done alone, without a partner talking to you? With past partners, we chat through script notes and then I go off to execute. Current partner likes to sit and chat as I write. To me, writing is crafting a conversation. So I can’t talk to you and simultaneously talk to this audience. Of course I can just say “I’m gonna go write.” But since we’re both CD level, I’m like…is this his first rodeo? Maybe other writers are different though.

Guys a big 4 company hr called and was saying in this time also they are hiring so they told to join at X package (which is lower than my current ctc ) , so i just said in hindi “chup” and cut the call. Then hr mailed me that due to my abusive behaviour they blacklist my name from their company. I am ok with it as long as they don’t tell other companies though.

Is it recommended to work on third party payroll for reputed product based client Or should I find another job? Actually I am worried about job security. I took this job because client is product company and gave me better package as compared to other offers I had from mostly service based companies. Please suggest!

But after that I didn't heard anything from them. Also I called the HR twice and he told that he had on update till now. Is it a common practice there? What should I do now ?
