When you’re looking to make an internal transfer, what forms of of networking work best?

I love what I do and I have an offer to stay in International Development and be a manager with 86k, focusing on my technical area + lots of travel. But I also have offers from Deloitte and EY to be a GPS consultant at ~100k. Is it worth it to move to D or EY? Have personal financial goals that i need to reach for my family and thats why i started considering EY and D.

I am a manual tester with 7.5 years of experience.

I have completed a course on RPA from udemy, but do not have any work experience.
How can I get job and switch my career to RPA profile? Please provide pointers and help.

For the people who went back to school to pursue a totally different career, what did you do for work? I don’t think I’d be able to do both my current job and school. I did retail in college and that probably isn’t so smart right now. Neither is working at a restaurant. I don’t think I can go back and live with my parents. I feel like I’m stuck.

C3 already. Crazy/too late to consider going back to school and becoming a psychologist ? I would have to take a bunch of prerequisite courses, apply to a Masters in psych, and do clinical hours.

Graduating senior. Have choices between MBB and SWE at FAANG. Not sure what to do. Long term I’d love to be in a small startup or a leader in a tech company. Not sure which path is better for that. Any thoughts?

I am a consultant working in one of the big 4. I have got a call from DE Shaw HR for a role in their Project Finance and Investment Research team focusing on Energy sector? Being an MBA in Finance graduate, I am in a dilemna on which path might be better I the long run -consulting (where I am more of a generalist, taking up random asks from clients and onshore stakeholders) or Project Finance & M&A where role might be more specific.

The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.

Guys who are at better positions. If your friends/someone reach you for any carrear suggestions or request advise on what to learn to reach your position, Fullheartedly please do help or advise them to enhance their carrear. Don't think like if we share him the path/process he ll get good offer/position than you. Don't demotivate them by saying you can't do it. IT is all about helping each other and growing together. If we take care of people around us, god/universe will take care of us!
