I have 3 years 2 months experience as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies and 1 year experience as IT Support Specialist at Teleperformance.

I have completed my MBA in HR Management and also completed a specific HR Generalist course sponsored by HRCI.

It's been almost 2 years and I am still desperately trying to transition from IT to HR related jobs. Please provide me referral for any HR related jobs.

If possible please suggest what more I can do to get HR related jobs.

Hi, I am a senior interior designer currently working in India with 5.5 yrs. of experience, recently started working as a sales and design head, where I take care of sales and conversion and meanwhile also look into the proper design process and output.
I am willing to move abroad for a couple of years but I don't have any idea, like how should I start hunting for a job or like what should be my next move for it.

2021 Recruitment: What are the recruitment expectations for your firms this year? Is it going to be similar to last year with little to no recruiting in the UAE and some in KSA, or you reckon will be generally better?
My firm, a small boutique in the region, is only recruiting on a case-by-case basis this year.

Ques: Is signing OL on the date of joining a normal thing to do? On what basis should I be confident to tell my current org that I am leaving. What if they revoke?
