I was recently interviewed for a 1-year fixed-term role at UBS. I’ve had a 10-month career break, so I’m a bit unsure about accepting a contract role. Can anyone from UBS or with experience there please share if there are chances of a permanent offer after the contract ends? Your insights would really help me make an informed decision. Now he wishes to come back to India and wants to join some company here. But seems like similar opportunities are very less, say close to 3-4%.
