I have Completed my TP1 & TP2 at HCL, submitted documents for HR discussion, after that shared CCTC/ECTC during a call. Was told it’ll be sent for approval. After a week, I received a “Welcome to Discover HCL - iOnBoard” email. Does this mean HR discussion is done and my ECTC is approved? Or is another HR round pending? What’s the next step? Anyone with recent experience, please share.
