I interviewed for a Deloitte USI – Privacy Advisor role.

* Round 1 & 2: Cleared
* Round3: 22 June 2026

It’s been over 30 days with no update. I’ve followed up by email and phone but received no response.

The Deloitte Careers portal also shows “No active applications,” despite completing all three rounds.

Has anyone faced this? Does it indicate a hiring freeze, the role is on hold, or a rejection?

Any insights would be appreciated. Thank you!

I’ve been working for a company for 25yrs, looking for advancement. I’m considered an SME, managing people, Vendors and working on large system conversions. Have provided long term goals. When requesting feedback I’m told I’m on the right path, no suggestions on what to improve. I asked about timelines for advancement and not being given anything concrete. I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer? I’ve never been in a position to bargain my starting salary so this is all very new to me.

I am happy with my work life right now but need the hike. Also i am working as frontend developer (react.js) but my tech stack is MERN and i also have about 1year experience with springboot. I have got the ey hr mail stating i should provide him with aadhar card, information sheet and latest resume for a audit and assurance contract for 6 months as iam a semi qualified CA.

Here my question is should i take this opportunity. Cause since this is only for 6 months. After that, what i can do, where should I try to get the job?
