I need advice & suggestions as I am planning to change direction in my career for growth, good pay &peace.

I have 6 years of experience in program management/account management which is more of inside support to the stakeholders.
Now I am struck with two thoughts to upscale PMO/ project manager or Account Manager which is more into sales.

Please help me with your suggestions or if there is another track which needs to be considered let me know.

I’ve never negotiated a salary before… any tips? The offer is for a boutique consulting firm with 2 YOE. The project work aligns exactly to my current role.

Base: 125k + COLA
Bonus target: 10%
Sign on bonus: 10k

Current base: 115k
Current bonus target: 15%

How is Capgemini Mc Donald's project

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Currently a Investment Consiltant at WFA making $62k with a $7k bonus. Both are in office positions in SLC, UT. TIA

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Okay finance lawyers. I don't understand this issue. Client says books show we're highly profitable but we have no way to pay our tax liability.... Well where the hell did tbe money go ? Client also claims that they are only taking a small portion of the revenue as profit. I don't understand how your books can be different than reality.
