I'm a Flutter developer with 4+ years of experience in Flutter, Dart, Android, Kotlin, and Java. I was laid off twice in the past year and have been job hunting for 3 months. Despite 200+ applications, I'm not getting interview calls. The employment gap has affected my confidence to get a job.
