I'm a frontend developer with 2.5 years of experience, feeling underpaid and undervalued in my current role. My ideas are often dismissed, and I’m made to feel incapable, which has affected my confidence. I want to switch jobs, but my low self-confidence is holding me back. I need advice on how to overcome this and move forward.
